Shipping?

We ship our orders via Australia Post. Handling time of 1 to 2 business days applies. Items listed as 'postage included' items include standard tracked postage. Upgrade to Express Post postage is available at reasonable extra cost. Just ask us before placing your order.

Items listed as 'postage plus' items found in our eBay store will need to have the applicable standard or Express Post postage rate applied.

For simplicity moving forward we are endeavouring to include standard tracked postage in the price of all our products as we list them here on this website. Stay tuned..........

Returns & Refunds?

We encourage buyers to choose products carefully and read the available detailed product descriptions. If in doubt and need help selecting the right product/s to suit your needs please contact us first before placing your order.

We offer refunds on returned item/s where buyer is responsible for return postage costs, and only if item/s are in new unused condition and we deem them to be in resaleable condition. Item/s deemed in a resaleable condition attract a 15% restocking fee. Refunds based on condition of returned item/s is at our discretion.
